Аннотация предложения
A Turkish SME has invented a process to prevent nano size particles of zinc oxide and titanium oxide from uncontrolled agglomeration which can cause the toxic effect. By the help of innovative production process of nano size particles, the penetration and uncontrolled agglomeration problems are solved with help of size and shape restructuring. This company is willing to do joint venture or license agreements.

Nano sized zinc oxide is a good absorber for UV rays and has an anti- irritant structure that is used in sunscreens, moisturizer cream, baby powders. These nano size particles have lots of amazing results but also have several problems. Using nano scale materials causes agglomeration because of high surface energy. Therefore the particle cannot show the advantages gained by the nano size offers. The second problem of using these materials is the risk of penetration to the human body through the skin. Nano scale structures can go through the hair follicles or some other ways in to the skin and even to the blood cells. This can cause drastic health problems such as cancer and therefore usage of nano technology on human bodies without taking necessary precautions can lead to inacceptable results.

The Turkish SME has solved the problem of being penetrated to human body of nano particles. They invented an innovative production process to produce nano scale materials which cannot enter to human body owing to its size and shape.

Using sun screens, moisturizer creams, baby powders are rapidly increasing. In this kind of cosmetics products, zinc oxide and titanium oxide is used by being a good absorber for UV rays and as anti-irritant structures.

Decreasing the particle size of these chemicals to nano scale, their optical, chemical, physical properties improves. On the other hand, nano size particles have several problems. The first one is penetration to blood through to skin. This can cause the toxic effect, some damages in the body and even cancer. The second problem is uncontrolled agglomeration. Nano size particles have high surface energy which causes uncontrolled agglomeration and due to this their size is increased to micron scale which cannot show the benefits of nano scale. By the help of the products that are produced in this invented process line, nano particles cannot diffuse to human body because of their size and shapes. The cosmetics are used safely by adults and children either from diffusion of nano particles but also these differently shaped nano particles protect from UV rays. They have also anti-irritant structure.
