Аннотация предложения
Итальянское малое предприятие разработало инновационные решения по оптимизации стратегического управления и планирования сетей снабжения. Фирма разрабатывает и реализует "под ключ" автоматические управляющие системы. Фирма запатентовала систему для определения оптимальных стратегий управления для сложных промышленных объектов, в частности для объединенных водо-газовых систем управления.
Компания ищет партнеров для технической кооперации или совместного предприятия.
Описание предложения
Company's experience and integrated approach to resolving problems in the water and gas industries has led us to follow a strategy of integration development between the most common GIS, remote control hardware and software, database management software, hydraulic simulation software and expert systems.
As a result, it can plan and implement Global Information Systems that allow Utilities to integrate hardware and software from different suppliers into an organic system designed for optimal and comprehensive management of the integrated water cycle and for the management of gas, electric and district heating networks, as well as making the business independent of the hardware and software producers already utilised while protecting the existing legacy systems.
The company design and realises “turn key” automation and control systems. It works as system integrator of pre-existing hardware and software components depending on users needs. The company provides consultancy services for management of Utilities sectors of water, gas networks, such as: networks design and verification, modelling and calibration of technological networks, integration of information systems and remote control systems, water leakage reduction by using IWA methodology, design and development of customised solutions, consultancy and technical management assistance, network’s survey and mapping, GIS development, optimisation of operational management, DSS Decision support Systems, training activities.
It has developed, using standard and open technology, various functional applications to resolve specific aspects of management.
The first modular software regards technical management of networks in which calculation and simulation modules are integrated with networks and decision support systems (DSS).
The second regards a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software for supervision and remote control of acqueducts, gas networks and general technological equipment. Both have been integrated . StuffManager Web, a web portal that allows Utilities to manage and maintain plants improving efficiency in all executive, managerial, economic and qualitative respects.
Due to its experience in the field of developing integrated information systems for Utilities management, the company provides advanced consultancy and services to:
• achieve significant savings in increasingly precious water resources, by optimising their use
• reduce electricity consumption
• improve the user service level
• improve the business\' productivity
• curb industrial costs of provisioning and distributing water
• repair leaks in the network, protecting non-recoverable resources
• adjust water rates based on impending economics, from the simultaneous increase in service level and efficiency recovery in terms of industrial production of the distributed resource
• develop procedures for and accelerate maintenance measures on the network and in the plants
• standardise the technical management procedures for newly acquired networks managed or manageable by the Utility
• carry out benchmarking for Utilities
• perform distribution and transportation risk analysis.
Инновационные аспекты предложения
The innovative factor within the design and management of water and energetic Utilities, developed starting from first modular software, was enriched by operational tools and by the second software (supervision and plants control software). The second software is a SCADA, Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition, with such a supervisory software GIS can be integrated with.

Therefore the main innovative factor is to join design software technologies and fluid networks management together with remote control systems addressed to the technological networks management. Furthermore the development and the integration of industrial patents together with tipical tools of Business Intelligence systems (Stratego). Patents are aimed to pursue optimal strategy management of energy and water source.

Since 2005 the system has been patented in Europe. New tools have been developed through genetic programming techniques, currently tipical compay’s R&D innovative activities. These techniques are used in order to reach the optimal management of industries distributed on the territory such as: water/gas and electricity production, transportation and distribution plants. These techniques aid in order to reduce operational costs and optimise results in terms of security and quality service level (national electric black outs or more frequently local water, gas and electric black out.
